Our Services
Our advisory services include policy development, setting up clinical governance structures, and clinical ethics committees. We also conduct focused reviews of clinical departments or services as a proactive measure or because of an incident, malpractice claims, or patient safety trends. The purpose of this review is to provide an in-depth analysis of the system, practices, policies, or behaviours posing a risk to the organisation.
Training and coaching services are offered for health service managers and clinical leaders to be effective in their roles. We assist organisations in designing, implementing, and monitoring the effectiveness of ethics, quality, and risk management focused CPD accredited activities for health professionals.
Our team will guide the research project's scope, including developing the problem statement, identifying objectives, designing research tools, then collecting and analysing data. The research report will also include recommendations and areas for future research. We also conduct focused patient safety culture, ethics culture, and stakeholders’ satisfaction surveys.
We provide advisory and training services on ethics for leaders, clinicians, and researchers. Our organisation conducts an ethics impact analysis of digital health innovations.
